This is a very exciting blog for us to write, because the topic is a new book written by a very good friend ours – Diane Sanfilippo. Everything (and we mean everything) you ever wanted or needed to know about successfully living the Paleo lifestyle is within this books 416 pages, plus tear-out guides.Practical Paleo even includes 30-day meal plans for a wide variety of conditions, including what Diane calls “Squeaky Clean Paleo,” fat loss, athletic performance, cancer recovery, heart health, neurological health, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, thyroid health, digestive health, blood sugar regulation and even autoimmune conditions – if you have a heart beat she has you covered.
And as if that is not enough she then includes 121 (by our count) mouth watering Paleo friendly recipes for you to enjoy. Quite frankly Diane does everything for you—all you have to do is eat the food. As authors we can usually look at another book and quickly guesstimate the amount of work that must have gone into it. For Practical Paleo that number is obscene, it is a true labor of love – a masterpiece that will help millions!
