We love serving these Cheesy Cauliflower Hash Browns alongside our speedy salmon cakes, they are sure to please!

Here's our latest Micronutrient Miracle approved recipe…

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 organic, pasture raised egg
  • 1 scoop INPOWER protein (or similar unflavored grass fed whey)
  • ½ cup shredded organic cheddar = 2 oz of cheddar block hand shredded
  • ¼ cup organic Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp. unrefined sea salt
  • 1 tsp. organic pepper
  • 1 tsp. organic onion powder
  • 1 tsp. organic garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. organic Cajun spice

Directions:

  1. Steam cauliflower till soft
  2. Mash cauliflower with potato masher leave a bit chunky
  3. Add in the remaining ingredients
  4. Cook in pan with butter till crispy.
  5. Keep warm in over while cooking eggs.

Serving suggestion: Top hash browns with eggs and enjoy your micronutrient packed breakfast!
