A: That depends. Not all fish are high in DHA and EPA. For example, while wild caught salmon is especially high in active ingredients, farm raised salmon has minimal yields. Fish DO NOT physiologically produce EPA and DHA. Farm raised fish are NOT fed algae, which is the natural source of EPA and DHA, but instead, are raised on a diet high in GMO grains. To be sure you are getting enough EPA and DHA recommend supplementation to counteract the high levels of inflammatory omega-6 in most diets.
