Regardless of preparation, fish is fish… and can reoccur on you to varying degrees. Our fish is super fresh, which greatly eliminates the likelihood of “fishy burps.” Additionally, the triglyceride form, like that found in Origin Omega is far less likely to cause burps than the ethyl ester form, which is more likely to be oxidized and rancid.  Should you experience any fish burps, one great tip is to keep the gelcaps in the freezer.  When taken frozen they rarely have this effect.
