SHOPPING FOR GROCERIES USUALLY CONSISTS OF* I strictly purchase only organic foods. I buy mostly from a traditional grocer and occasionally I purchase organic. I buy what’s available and don’t purchase organics. WHEN I THINK ABOUT MY EATING PATTERN, YOU MIGHT SAY THAT:* I crave therefore I eat. I don’t usually have strong cravings, but occasionally they just overwhelm me. I know what I like, and how much I can eat. I am not a victim of food cravings. WHERE WORKING OUT IS CONCERNED:* I love a hard workout most days. I workout several times a week but it is not really intensive. I don’t work out. MY AVERAGE DAY IS:* Filled with stress. Busy, but I can usually survive it without feeling too overwhelmed or stressed out. Easy breezy! I never get stressed. MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MEDICATIONS CAN BEST BE DESCRIBED AS:* Currently, I take prescription medications and take over the counter medications if I feel need them. I rarely fill prescriptions and sometimes take over the counter medications. Not on any prescription medications, and avoid OTC medication for cold, heartburn, aches or pain. WHEN CHOOSING HOW TO TAKE A MULTIVITAMIN, I:* Take the very best quality multivitamin that I can find. Occasionally I remember to pop a multivitamin, and I usually purchase at the big box stores. Don’t take anything. It is unnecessary. LOOKING IN THE MIRROR OR TRYING ON MY CLOTHES TELLS ME:* My weight is perfect. I shouldn’t lose or gain a pound. I could probably do with a diet. It seems that the dry cleaner is shrinking my clothes. I have two closets—one for each size I regularly visit. I love being fashion conscious, but am pretty sure I am a bit thin.
