I never get stressed.MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MEDICATIONS CAN BEST BE DESCRIBED AS:*Currently, I take prescription medications and take over the counter medications if I feel need them.I rarely fill prescriptions and sometimes take over the counter medications.Not on any prescription medications, and avoid OTC medication for cold, heartburn, aches or pain.WHEN CHOOSING HOW TO TAKE A MULTIVITAMIN, I:*Take the very best quality multivitamin that I can find.Occasionally I remember to pop a multivitamin, and I usually purchase at the big box stores.Don’t take anything. It is unnecessary.LOOKING IN THE MIRROR OR TRYING ON MY CLOTHES TELLS ME:*My weight is perfect. I shouldn’t lose or gain a pound.I could probably do with a diet. It seems that the dry cleaner is shrinking my clothes.
