Looking for a delicious new twist on salad dressing?
Try this SKINNYFat SUPER salad dressing!
We were thrilled when our friend Maria from Keto Adapted told us about her latest recipe, SKINNYFat Super Salad Dressing! This is a perfect dressing to try on your salad, any time of the year. We just knew our friends and readers at Calton Nutrition would LOVE to make this! If you haven't seen our other salad dressing recipes, you can watch them here!
1/2 cup SKINNYFat oil
4 TBS COCONUT VINEGAR (Remember most white vinegar is GMO corn, so opt for coconut vinegar or organic)
1/2 tsp stevia glycerite
1 tsp Celtic or Himalayan sea salt (Real Salt world great too!)
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper (organic is best)
1/2 tsp fish sauce (Maria says that “Red Boat brand is traditionally fermented, not with wheat like most others. This bottle will last you a LONG time – you only use a few drops per dish, it’s strong stuff!“)
Place all ingredients into a salad jar and shake vigorously. Use for coleslaw or drizzle on your salad greens.
